 |It has no problem when I use it as a "telnet" proxy. Do you know why ? Do I need to start "delegate" with other options ?

Firstly, you should setup your SSH client side configuration to
logint the SSH server from the host. For example, you should be
able to login with a SSH client to the server without DeleGate
as "ssh carroad@192.168.x.x"
Secondly, I recommend you to use the current version of DeleGate
(9.9.8-preXX) including many fixes around proxying SSH.

Cheers,
Yutaka
