It has been so long since I used the feature last ...
I checked the code and found that the Telnet proxy DeleGate is
stopped by SIGTERM on the exit of a Telnet session with X Window
proxy by "x server".
This was the side-effect of a modification in 9.8.2-pre47.
I'll fix it as the enclosed patch in the next release (9.9.5-pre3).
