[DeleGate-En] How to set up multi-DeleGate proxies
29 Apr 1999 22:34:04 GMT "Steve Shockley" <>

I'm trying to set up several DeleGate servers on my network. I've got three
remote (WAN over frame-relay) offices, and they'll all have a server running
a DeleGate proxy. I'd like these proxies to forward requests to a single
DeleGate proxy in the main office, which all the local users will use as a
proxy. I read the manual, but I got confused as to exactly what SPECIALIST
and GENERALIST mean, or MASTER and MASTERP. I'd also like to have all
proxies do caching.

If anyone's done this, please let me know what you did, and why...
otherwise, if you can point me to a resource that might shed some light on
what I'm doing, I'd appreciate it.
