ICP proxy/server

ICP-DeleGate provides remote clients with ICP service about local CACHEDIR, independently of contents server like HTTP-DeleGate but sharing the same CACHEDIR. See http://www.delegate.org/delegate/icp/ for more details.

Example: a couple of ICP and HTTP DeleGates sharing a CACHEDIR

% delegated -P3130 SERVER=icp
% delegated -P8180 SERVER=http

Example: an ICP proxy merging multiple upstream ICP servers
