LIBPATH parameter   ==  LIBPATH=dirPath[:dirPath]*

Library files, including parameter files, CFI scripts and filter programs, are searched in multiple directories in order specified in LIBPATH if it is specified as relative path. By default, LIBPATH is a ordered list of the following directories:

WORKDIR (.) -- the working directory
STARTDIR -- the directory where the DeleGate is invoked
LIBDIR -- ${DGROOT}/lib by default
EXECDIR -- the directory where the executable file of DeleGate is placed
ETCDIR -- ${DGROOT}/etc by default
