(equals to URICONV="full:+,-HREF/BASE")
"deent" and "enent" control encoding and decoding of special
characters between HTML and plain text
("<" to/from "<" for example)
when such characters appear in a text of
multi-byte charset (like ISO-2022-JP).
If "deent" is specified, encoded entity symbol appearing
in multi-byte charset text will be decoded.
This may be useful to recover a text
including characters indiscriminately encoded by
encoder which does not care multi-byte characters.
If "enent" is specified then entity symbols appearing
out of multi-byte charset text will be encoded.
This may be useful in case of NNTP-DeleGate to be accessed by
WWW client.
If empty list is specified, any conversion is disabled.
